This original, highly textured painting is soaked with serenity, joy and a lot of color and it holds fragments of memory, I almost have flashbacks when I contemplate it. It has a vibrational energy, it is alive and it touches on an emotional level. I love the contrasts in it : the busy and luscious scenery from the bottom is highlighted by the silence and tranquility of the sky - the place for the viewer to rest their eyes. Also there is contrast between rough and soft, delicate and violent, blurry and clear, silence and noise that make this painting a unique, harmonious piece of art.
